Kelly Johnson has been signed illegally by the Cubs. Both Victor and myself agree at what should happen here.
Cubs were alerted in a calm manner, but they are not cooperating at this point. They should be aware that if the league has to force the decision to release Johnson, we will NOT be pleased.
