Salary Cap
Remaining Under The Salary Cap - ZERO TOLERANCE
• Please note that this dynasty league was designed to create problems and friction so that managing your team is imperative.
• Issues will inevitably create a demand for trade negotiations and money management.
• It is important to know that your team must remain under the assigned salary cap at all times.
• Any trade or FA signing that pushes your team over the salary cap will not be allowed.
• Be careful, and plan ahead.

Salary Cap Awards: Effective 2013 Per Ammendment 3.2
• Obviously the cost of player’s contracts does not stay stagnant. Inflation over the past 50 years has caused the annual salaries of players to steadily increase over time.
• To mimic natural inflation, per Ammendment 3.2, effective in 2013 offseason (prior to the 2013 season), the following salary cap awards will be added to your $130M base team salary for awards won in the 2012 season or later.
• $3M for each playoff series won
• $3M for each world series championship
Threshold Review Per Ammendment 3.3
•If your team is within $10M of the Salary Cap, you MUST declare it in the Rounding Third Accounting Department Threshold Review thread.
• If your team is within $2M of the Salary Cap, you MUST post it separately in the Rounding Third Accounting Department Threshold Review thread
• Failing to report your team will lead to disciplinary action including fines, weekly points being deducted, forfeiture of week(s), suspension, and league expulsion.
