I also wanted to state that I will be going thru all the contracts listed on everyones page to make sure they match what they are supposed to be. If you player was arbitration eligible, you need to update the contract to match what it is now. If he was a signed FA here , then that is not the case, but if he was a protected player and when to arbitration you have to update the contract. If you are over cap you will be given some time to get under but there are penalties for those who will not comply. Thank you. I will probably send this as a mass email later. It will take me some time to do this so if you could go over your own roster and update and tell me it will help and will just skim over it if you think it is all correct.

Victor and I are approaching the final stages of our roster audits. Some teams have already been notified if there is urgent action needed; a few may still be alerted.
Everyone should be doing this on their own, however. Please ensure that your players' salary information is correct and that your CBS roster matches your roster here. While we will be lenient this first time around, there is no excuse for some of this as mentioned in the rules.
We will be tightening the reigns on things going forward and especially next season. I am in the early stages of putting together a league spreadsheet to where some of the information will be automated and easily reviewable by me to ensure people are not breaking the rules. As it stood coming in, I had no way of doing that.
I thank Victor for his assistance in this as it is obviously a very time consuming element to audit every team.

Audit Results have been sent to all teams where a discrepancy was found.
We have especially low tolerance for the teams that are going to be involved in the playoff race. If I haven't seen some action or heard from you regarding your intentions within a week, we will start discussing penalties.
Please let me know if you have ANY questions regarding any contract structure or how to determine what a players' salary looks like.

To the teams that still have AUDIT RESULTS threads in their team clubhouse, it means that either you haven't made the changes yet or haven't alerted the league that you are working on it.
As a reminder, on 7/28/11 we will start assessing potential penalties. The first penalty that I already know will happen is that any team that has not updated their roster will not be able to bid on FAs or to make trades until it is complete.

It has been a week - PMs have been sent to the teams who have failed to respond to the audit results. Penalties will be declared within 24 hours for those teams.
The first penalty is an obvious one- if your roster has not yet been fixed, you will not allowed to make Free Agent Signings or Trades.
